I believe He is alive and not just cooped up in churches or wed. night bible studies. Hiking the PCT has an element of freedom but it doesn't compare with the freedom that Christ offers us.

This idea of you being mostly out of contact for 5 months is sad to me, because I love hanging out, but I know you gotta do what you gotta do!
